Bo is a mental health platform where users work through guided mental exercises on their own and can book live video therapy sessions with their therapists directly in the app.

Built as a monorepo: React Native/Expo mobile app (iOS + Android), NestJS API backend, shared TypeScript packages for types, hooks, and utilities. Video/audio sessions powered by Dyte SDK, payments through Stripe, data visualization with D3 for progress tracking.

The shared package architecture kept the codebase tight. Types and validation logic written once, used across mobile and API. Internationalization built in from day one.
