Built a full MLM platform for Mountain Green, a hemp products company that needed to manage a growing network of distributors with complex commission structures.

Migrated from a legacy system to React frontend + AWS Lambda serverless backend. The commission engine handles multi-tier payouts automatically. Distributors get a real-time dashboard showing their network, orders, and earnings.

Delivered the MVP in 11 weeks. The platform went on to process over €11M in transactions and distribute more than €3M in commissions. Serverless architecture kept costs proportional to usage.
