The work
Built a direct-sales platform for Mountain Green, a hemp products company that needed to manage a growing distributor network with complex commission structures.
Migrated from a legacy system to a React frontend on an AWS Lambda serverless backend. The commission engine handles multi-tier payouts automatically. Distributors get a real-time dashboard showing their network, their orders, and their earnings.
Delivered the MVP in 11 weeks. Serverless architecture kept infrastructure costs proportional to actual usage rather than to peak provisioning, which matters a lot for a business with seasonal spikes.
