The work
SeaVizor is a digital shipbuilding project management platform that connects the people on the jobsite floor with the project coordinators running the show. Shipyards, subcontractors, suppliers, and vessel owners all use it to track construction progress in real-time.
The mobile app lets technicians handle workflows directly on-site: punch lists, photo documentation, status updates, weld process monitoring. The web control center gives coordinators a centralized dashboard to visualize progress across trades and subcontractors.
Everything is backed by a collaborative database with audit-proof history for compliance. The platform offers both cloud and on-premise deployment, since shipyards have very different IT setups. Designed to be usable by maritime workers, not computer specialists.
